At My Pixify, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and lawful platform for all users. We reserve the absolute right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, reject, remove, suspend, or permanently prohibit any image, photo, design, or uploaded content that violates our content standards, community guidelines, applicable laws, or terms of service.

Prohibited Content

Users may not upload, submit, share, or request content that includes, but is not limited to:

Pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene material
Nudity or exploitative content involving minors
Graphic violence, gore, or disturbing imagery
Hate speech, harassment, threats, or discriminatory content
Illegal activity or content promoting unlawful behavior
Copyrighted or trademarked material without authorization
Defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading content
Content that infringes upon the rights, privacy, or safety of others
Any material deemed offensive, inappropriate, or harmful by My Pixify

The account holder who uploads or submits content is solely responsible and liable for ensuring that all uploaded material complies with this policy and all applicable laws. My Pixify assumes no responsibility or liability for user-submitted content.

Right of Refusal

My Pixify reserves the unrestricted right to decline any upload, order, request, or submission for any reason, including content that we determine to be inappropriate, offensive, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with our platform standards.

We may remove content without prior notice and are under no obligation to provide an explanation for rejected submissions.

Account Enforcement

Attempts to upload prohibited or unacceptable content may result in:

Immediate removal of the content
Suspension or restriction of account privileges
Permanent termination of the user account
Reporting to appropriate authorities where required by law
